I have noticed that my blood panels from my Oncologist look good, too good. Ha! I've had to cut back on my D3 because it was too high! My guess is between that supplement and the D3 in First Day Women's Multivitamin it definitely raised my D3 count!. Proof that my body is absorbing the vitamins in the gummies!! Ain't no way!!

Ok... Well...I did some research before I decided on purchasing First Day brand vitamins (also purchased women's' multi vitamin and teen multi vitamin). I figured it was worth a try for 90 days. First of all, they taste good! Second of all, my stomach issues have really seemed to subside. But what really sold me (and the reason for the title of the review) is that what started as what we thought was food poisoning with my oldest child, ended up being norovirus. My oldest child had it first. Then my youngest child caught it next. Then my middle child came down with it. Lastly, my husband got it. I took care of all of them. They were all sick within 7-10 days of each other and it lasted for 4-6 days each. Somehow, someway I myself didn't get the stomach virus, or norovirus. It was then that I thought ain't no way they all 4 had this horrible, nasty stomach virus and it completely bypassed me. Then....I realized... Wait a minute... I'm taking gut health vitamins. Ain't no way that anyone can tell me I avoided that sickness otherwise. I totally give these gut health vitamins a 10/10. That's why I continue to subscribe to them.
