I have super picky 13 year old boys and they enjoy taking these vitamins. Have I noticed any changes in anything in particular, no. But I wasn’t for sure they were deficient in anything, I just wanted to make sure with their limited diet they were getting nutrients. I would encourage other moms to grab these for their kids, even the picky ones!
