A Teen's Day Runs Long. Their Nutrition Usually Doesn't.

Adolescence is the only time in life protein needs run higher per pound than in adulthood. Add a full school day and a two-hour practice and most teens are running on empty by dinner.

No Time For A Healthy Breakfast

The bus does not wait for eggs. A packet poured into water or juice on the way out the door means the morning starts with 10g of protein instead of nothing.

Post-Lunch Crash

A carb-heavy lunch reliably costs them the hour after it. Fiber slows how quickly sugar is absorbed, which is part of why a meal without it lands harder in fifth period.

Not Nearly Enough Fiber

Around 5% of the US population meets the fiber recommendation, and teenagers are not the exception. We put 7g in the same packet as the protein they already want, which is realistically the only way it gets taken.

Straight From Class To Practice

There is a ten-minute window between the last bell and warmups. A drink they can pour, shake and finish in the locker room fits it. A blender and a scoop do not.

Second Dinner + Raided Pantry

Constant hunger is usually the body asking for more than it got. A growing teen who trains is spending faster than most days can keep up with. 10g of complete protein after practice helps them catch up.

Nails That Chip Before They Grow

Nails and hair are among the fastest-growing tissues in the body, so they are often the first place a gap shows up. VERISOL® is clinically studied at 2.5g a day to increase nail growth rate and reduce breakage.

The Science Behind Our [8-In-1 Complex]

How This Helps*

An afternoon that falls apart usually starts at lunch. When a meal is mostly fast carbs, sugar hits the bloodstream quickly and leaves just as fast. Soluble fiber and protein slow that down so the afternoon holds.

🌾 5-Source Fiber helps slow how fast sugar is absorbed.

💪 10g Protein supports satiety between meals.

🚫 0g Added Sugar, sweetened with stevia, so the drink is not adding to the spike.

From our Founder

Did you know 1 in 3 Families have a nutrient deficiency? I created First Day to address the massive concerns with todays diet and it's negative effects on our families.

  • The Average Person Consumes 52 Credit Cards’ Worth Of Microplastics Every Year.
  • Artificial Food Additives Are Found In 59% Of Foods Today
  • Fresh Fruits & Veggies Have Lost Up To 73% Of Their Nutrients

After learning about the massive amounts of sugar that were in typical kids multivitamins I reached out to 2 of the top researchers at Harvard and Yale. I explained my story to them, how I wanted to revolutionize the vitamin industry. After consulting with these experts to help us carefully formulate our vitamins, we are now a best selling multivitamin nationwide.

That's why we’re so confident First Day will help you get the results you want. If within the first 45 days you find yourself not completely satisfied, we’ll give you your money back - no questions asked.
